Bellapais Abbey is the partial ruin of a 13th century monastery on the northern side of the small village of Bellapais, in Turkish-controlled Northern Cyprus, about 5 km (3 mi) from the town of Kyrenia. Portions of the site remain in use for religious services, concerts, and as a romantic setting for weddings.
