Wolji Pond, formerly known as Anapji, is an artificial pond in Gyeongju National Park. Part of the palace complex of the ancient Silla Kingdom (57 B.C. – A.D. 935). it was constructed by order of King Munmu in A.D. 674. The pond is oval in shape, 200 m from east to west and 180 m from north to south; it contains three small islands.
