Harpers Ferry is a historic town in Jefferson County, West Virginia, in the lower Shenandoah Valley. Happily situated at the confluence of the Potomac and Shenandoah Rivers, it marks the spot where the US states of Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia meet.
