E This memorandum is to inform you that the Agency
Accountability Board has completed a preliminary review of
the actions and performance of the CIA personnel identified
in the Inspector General's Report of Special Investigation:
Bombing of the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade (1999-5812-IG).
In conducting this review, the Board has identified a number
of issues that need to be clarified before passing final
judgment about the performance of certain individuals.
Accordingly, the Board requests that you follow up on the
attached list of questions that the IG report itself does
not answer. Your timely response will assist the Board in
determining appropriate administrative penalties in this
matter.
