 2 April 1971 At Washington, D. C.: On 24 March 1971, files of the Credit Bureau, Incorporated, 222 Sixth Street, N. W., were searched in the name of Montrell E. MILLS, SUBJECT.  A file, established 27 September 1965 in the name of one Montrell Eugene MILLS, (spouse - Margie) of Frisk Motel, Leesburg, Virginia  contained a notation ''See General Personnel Investigations Inc."                                               MILLS' file also reflec e  a su sequen                               at 2626 Sigmona Street (municipality not shown).  This file contained a copy of a credit report dated 24 September 1965 prepared by Retail Merchants Association, Irving, Texas, for the Credit Bureau, Incorporated, which reflected a former residence address at 2603 West Newton Circle, Irving, Dallas, Texas, and listed seven satisfactory local trade accounts between April 1954 and September 1965; high credit, $476.00; total amount owing, $388.00.  This report disclosed no record of any suits, judgments, or bankruptcies and reported MILLS was well regarded as to character, habits, and morals. There was no criminal or traffic arrest record in the name of SUBJECT at the following places on the dates indicated: At Fa11s Church, Virginia     Falls Church Police Department 16 March 1971 At Fairfax, Virginia          Fairfax County Police Department 17 March 1971 At Washington, D. C.: Metropolitan Police Department criminal arrest files were not available for review.
