the following records:
A copy of the contents of the administrative tracking file for each of the
eight oldest FOIA requests pending at the CIA
This is an individual request for strictly noncommercial research and study
purposes only. There is no commercial reason or component to this request.
This request probably falls best within the "all other requesters" fee
category. No review time should be assessed, and the first two hours of
search time as well as the electronic equivalent to the first 100 pages of
duplication should. be provided at no charge. I agree to pay up to $35 for
costs, if necessary, but please note that search costs should be minimal
because the records are all found in your office.
