Executive Order 12863 and covers the period 1 April to
30 June 2005. Because this reporting period coincides with
the period covered by the Inspector General's "Semiannual
Report to the Director, Central Intelligence Agency for
1 January to 30 June 2005," I am enclosing a-copy of that
Semiannual Report. Information in the Semiannual Report
meets the reporting standard of Executive Order 12863 or may
be of general interest to the Board. No other reportable
matters have been brought to the attention of this office
during this quarterly period.
