because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations
and activities. It is in the public's best interest to understand what happened on 9/11 and
whether or not rho CIA is capable of handling terrorism issues. lore importantly. those
who were hold to account in this report should be held to account by the American public
and not remain in their cuzreiat positions which ultimately keeps us a nation at risk.
