DUCKETT is hereby awarded the DISTINGUISHED INTELLIGENCE MEDAL n recognition of his outstanding service with the Central Intelligence Agency. Since 1969 ie has been Program Director of a major undertaking of the utmost importance to the Jnited States. Mr. Duckett's oversight, guidance and direction of this complex project ?epresented a shining example of his almost ineffable talents. His understanding of the echnical, political and industrial nexi involved in the organization of the program were ritical in the remarkable degree of success attained. Mr. Duckett's overall contribu- ion reflects the highest credit on him, the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal ervice.
