who, despite the snow emergency, were able to make it

I want you to know of my admiration for the Agency's per-
formance in ensuring that our essential work was uninterrupted
by the recent snow emergency.
I am deeply grateful for the high degree of dedication
exemplified by so many of the Agency's employees who over-
came great difficulties and obstacles to reach their offices
and for their long hours of sustained performance which en-
sured the timely dissemination of intelligence.
Please convey to all of these employees my appreciation
and, as you deem appropriate, place official commendations
in the personnel files of those individuals who are particularly
deserving of such recognition.
