Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, I request access to
and copies of all changes re'fleeting updates in leadership, positions, or the spelling of
officials' names in the country Listings during the period 25 Apr - 5 May 2008 in the
CIA's Chiefs of State and Cabinet Members ofF'oreign Governments.

I agree to pay reasonable duplication fees for the processing of this request in an amount
not to exceed $40. However, please notify me prior to your incurring any expenses in
excess of that amount.
