This is a final response to your 10 April 2008 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
request for 11 articles published in Studies in Intelligence. We processed your request in
accordance with the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. ? 552, as amended, and the CIA Information Act,
50 U.S.C. ? 431, as amended. Our processing included a search for records as described in
our 14 May 2008 acceptance letter existing through the date of that letter.
We completed a thorough search for records responsive to your request. We were
unable to locate "The Psychological Strategy Board" article from the Summer 1973 edition
of Studies in Intelligence written by Ludwell Montague. We located the remaining ten
articles, and we are releasing them in full or in segregable form with deletions made on
the basis of FOIA exemptions (b)(1), (b)(2), and/or (b)(3). We are also enclosing a list of
exemptions.
