1. Please accept my appreciation for the assistance which
the Office of Personnel recently gave us on a task involving a
critical national security program of the highest priority.
.Complicating our work was the nearly impossible deadline which
had been imposed on us. I am pleased to note,. however? that we
met our 31 March 1983 deadline successfully, with significant
help from and his staff, who prepaxed and provided
us with a personal affairs reference list. Their contribution
is yet another example of the excellent support the Office of
Personnel has reliably provided since NIE50's establishment.
