Management Seminar conducted for agency officials, Grades
GS-15 through GS-18, from 10 - 22 October, 1960. The Seminar

which directed attention to leadership, communication, motivation,
coordination, human relations and other aspects of management.
Approximately forty-five hours were devoted to class discussion,
thirty-five hours to small group discussion, and twenty-five hours
to individual preparation. No evaluation was made of any individual's
performance in this seminar.
