Pursuant to Section 8 of Executive Order 13462,
"President's Intelligence'Advisory Board and Intelligence
Oversight Board," I am submitting this quarterly report for the
first quarter of calendar year 2008. In accordance with the
memorandum from the Director of National Intelligence dated 28
April 2008, this report is pursuant to instructions provided in
the 17 April 2007 memorandum issued by the Assistant to the
President for National Security Affairs.
As you know, section 1.7(d). of Executive Order
12333, ."United States Intelligence Activities", requires
Intelligence Community agencies to report intelligence
activities that I have legal reason to believe may be unlawful
or contrary to Executive Order or Presidential directive. Since
my last report, I am aware of seven (7) reportable items, which
are listed below.
