Effective 18 September 2008 , TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as
"Contractor") has authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the
Statement of Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Advertising for First Annual Arab Festival
and dated 14 July 2008, for the production of two (2) banner-up displays
and hanging banners as described in SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance
with Contractor's proposal dated 8 September 2008. This project tasking will be issued
as part of Task Order No. 005 under contract and may proceed to a
not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO.I IAND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
