Effective 7 May 2009, TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as "Contractor") has
authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the Statement of
Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Giveaways for Top Secret Lounge Events" and dated 12
March 2009 for the purchase of various items to give away at TSL events, as described
in the SOO. Work shall be performed in accordance with Contractor's proposals dated
from 18 March 2009 to 30 April 2009. This project tasking will be issued as part of
Task Order No. 005 under contract and may proceed to a not-to-
exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO. AND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
