Lolo Soetoro, also known as Leda Soetoro Mangunharjo or MangundikardjO, (EYD: Lob Sutoro)
(pronounced j'IobP stt:'rnro:1; January 2, 1935- March 2, 1987). His death can be verified at the

News Media Fee Category and authorization of up to $30 in fees
T am a member of the Ncws Media as defined in 22CFR 171.11 (o) and request the applicable fee category. I do
authorize up to $30 in fees if this request is denied or fees are incurred fu aler than the exemption allows. I do ret
the tight to appeal any denial of this request.
(o) Representative of the news media means any person actively
gathering news for an entity that is organized and operated to publish
or broadcast news to the public.

The term news means information that is about current events or than
would be of current interest to the public.
My experience in journalism allows me judge the curentinte-est of a topic to the public. I make this request with
knowledge and belief the topic is of current interest to the public.
News media include television or radio stations broadcasting to the
v'
public at large and publishers of periodicals (but only in those
instances when they can quality as disseminators of ''news'') who make
their products available for purchase by the general public.
 Witnesses Unto Me disseminates many types of writing, including news. For an example of a recent news article,
see "City of Dearborn limits free speech around Arab Festival' written by myself and published June 22, 2010 by
Witnesses Unto Mc. Witnesses Unto Me is available to the general public and is not limited to any subset of the
public.
Preeiance journalists may be regarded as working for a news
organization it they can demonstrate, such as by past publication, a
likelihood of public:ati on through a representative of the news media,
even though not actually employed by it.
My articles are frequently published by both Wines", Unto Me and SBC Voices, the two publications for which I
write- I am assured of publication as the publisher of Witnesses Unto Me and aregular columnist with SBC: Voices.
