Effective 10 March 2009, TMP Worldwide, Inc. (henceforth known as "Contractor") has
authorization to initiate work on the project tasking specified in the Statement of
Objectives (SOO) entitled, "Giveaways for Arab American Scholarship Dinner" and
dated 17 February 2009 for production of travel mugs and tote bags. Work shall be
performed in accordance with Contractor's proposal dated 05 March 2009. This project
tasking will be issued as part of Task Order No. 005, under contract
and may proceed to a not-to-exceed (NTE) value of
ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT NO.I AND TASK
ORDER 005 ISSUED THEREUNDER, ARE UNCHANGED AS A RESULT OF THIS
ACTION AND REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
