Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U. S. C. subsection 552, I am
recfuesting copies of all records on, about, or concerning the US Freeport
Qold mine in the Indonesian province of Papua Linut responsive records to
those created beteoeen January 1., 1990 and the date this ray}rest is
processed.
The help identify responsive records, the mine is also known as the
"Grasbarg mina" and is owned by Freeport McMoran Copper and Cold Inc
.
hi 20U2, two American teachers were killedhear the mine. In 2009, an
Australian man was killed near the thine. In 2010 nine employees were fired
upon and wounded; Responsive records should include all records on these
illcidenCs.
