Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552, I am
requesting copies of all documents on, about, mentioning or concerning Karl
Barth. Karl Barth lived in Basel, Switzerland and was a citizen of
Switzerland. Please search all locations where a citizen of Switzerland
living in Basel would apply for a visa in 1962. Karl Barth was born May 10,
1886 in Basel, Switzerland and died December 10, 1968 in Basel, Switzerland.
This is a news media request, please charge fees according to the news media
fee category. I authorize up to $30 in fees.
If you deny all or any part of this request, please cite each specific
exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and
notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.
