The Moroccans yesterday Algeria captured at least three and more likely five Egyptian officers who were aboard an Algerian helicopter, evidently on a reconnaissance mis- sion, when it landed in Moroccan territory northwest of Colomb-Bechar. b. The Algerians, who have admitted five Egyptians were aboard, say Moroccan planes violated the border and forced the helicopter to land in Morocco. d.
