a. The lull in the border war
may already have ended. The Moroc-
cans claim another Algerian attack
this morning.
d. There was plenty of activity
on the diplomatic front, but little
discernible progress. Morocco, at
first receptive, has now rejected
the idea of a mediation committee from
the Arab League.

tive is still that of Haile Selassie,
The latter is in Algiers pressing

tions to ship arms to the royalists.
