SUBJECT. Mr. Frank Anthony Sturgis
22 August 1973
Mr. Sturgis was born on 9 December 1924 in Norfolk,
Virginia. Mr. Sturgis has never been employed by CIA.
Mr. Sturgis has been involved in Cuban exile activities
since 1960. In 1961 he headed an organization called the
International Anti-Communist Brigade which allegedly had
5,000 members. In October 1961 he participated in an anti-
Castro leaflet dropping mission over Cuba. While Mr. Sturgis
has never been recruited or employed by this Agency, he has
associated with Mr. Eugenio Martinez since the early 1960's.

Schedule of E.O. 11652 Exemption Category 5B (2).
