Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), 5 U.S.C. � 552, et seq., as
amended, I am requesting copies of "The Terrorism Review," published by the CIA's
Counterterrorism Center. Please provide copies of each and every issue published from January
2001 to the present.
As a producer with NBC Nightly News I respectfully request designation as a "representative of
the news media." Because the disclosure of this information will be in the public's best interest, I
also request that you waive any and all search or copying fees associated with this FOIA request.
If you deny all or part of this request, please cite the specific exemptions you believe justify your
