1. In compliance with the referenced memorandum, a selective
review of the Intelligence Community Staff files and those held by the
United States Intelligence Board Secretariat, with primary attention
focused on the Security Committee and Technical Surveillance Counter-
measures Committee, has been accomplished with negative results.
A summary of records /documents reviewed follows:
a. Active files on hand - 1969 to present.
b. Records Shelf List of Records Center and Archival
materials - 1969 to present.
c. Twelve cubic feet of recalled records from the Agency
Records Center.
2. Twelve individuals, who previously served on the NIPE Staff
and USIB Committees, were contacted in reference to this review,
also with negative results.
