your letter to Mr. Colby of 1 March 1974, and Chairman Rodino's
letter to Mr. Colby of 26 February 1974.

The individuals listed in the enclosure to Chairman Rodino's
letter have been cleared for access to documents and information
within the custody or control of this Agency which have been
classified as national security information up to and including Top
Secret. I will be discussing with you the arrangements for physical
storage of these documents.
We are furnishing an initial installment of documents relevant
to the task of the House Judiciary Committee under H. Res. 803.
These documents, which will be delivered to you today, represent
material previously furnished to other congressional committees and
to the Office of the Special Prosecutor. We are assembling additional
documents which have recently been made available to the above-
named staffs, and these will be forwarded to you.
