ACTIVATION OF PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS LINK
1. Effective this date Special Project Communications
channels for CHIGOE matters are established with U.S. Naval
Air Test Center (WST), Patuxent River, Maryland. The cable
address is KWADEPT.
2. KWADEPT is authorized to exchange messages on
CHIGOE matters with Project Headquarters and KWBARON
(Ling-Temco-Vought, Greenville, Texas).
3. At such time as KWALBUM (Bureau of Weapons, Main
Navy Building, Washington, D.C) and KWABEAM (ORD/Ames Build-
ing) activate, KWADEPT will be authorized to exchange
messages on CHIGOE matters with these two addressees.
