Information Act (FOIA) request, received in the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator
on 12 August 2013, for the following:
...records pertaining to request number F-2013-01113, "reports or NIE's on the recent
cyber espionage attacks," filed or received by CIA on March 14, 2013. You further
stated that you would like to "receive all responsive documents."
Our records indicate that we have not conducted a specific search of Agency records on the
subject of the request. As we advised the previous requester for records on the same subject of your
request, the CIA is not the repository for the records of other government agencies. The information
you seek would fall under the auspices of the Director of National Intelligence. Please be aware that
