On 17 June 2014, the office of the Information and Privacy Coordinator received your
14 June 2014 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for:
"Contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and any correspondence or communications
with Google Special Services, Inc. or Google Federal, including email..."
We have assigned your request the reference number above. Please use this number when
corresponding so that we can identify it easily.
With regard to the portion of your request for "any correspondence or communications
with Google Special Services, Inc. or Google Federal," we cannot accept this portion of your
FOIA request in its current form because it would require the Agency to perform an
unreasonably burdensome search. Therefore, we would like you to clarify whether the
correspondence or communications with these companies are associated with the contract.
We will hold your request in abeyance for 45 days from the date of this letter pending
clarification of your request.
