Hello all,
As we near the filming of the NBC/CIA Filming with Richard Engel, I would like to sit with all of you to go
over the logistics of the event to make sure we follow your guidance and direction on security matters.
Are available tomorrow afternoon at 2PM (for about 45 mins). Let's plan on meeting in my office .
I will need to get complete headcount for overtime from each of your offices . (number of people/hourly
rate...I have an estimated budget approval but need to finalize ).
1) We did receive the comprehensive equipment/crew list for input into our databases and are doing that
now.
2) We have the Filming schedule from NBC:
