This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request
copies of the following records:
- All OMB form LLLs in the possession of the Central Intelligence Agency
filed by the following companies: Microsoft, Google, Skype,Yahoo, Apple, AOL,
Facebook, Dell, Hewlett Packard, Pa ITalk, International Business Machines
Corporation (IBM), Intel, Oracle, Symantec, Twitter, Verizon, AT&T,

- All OMB form Las possession of the Central Intelligence Agency filed by
the lobbyists, consultants, attorneys, strategists, contractors, or other
company representatives or outside representatives for the following
companies: Microsoft, Google, Skype,Yahoo, Apple, AOL, Facebook, Dell,
Hewlett Packard, PalTalk, International Business Machines Corporation (IBM),
Intel, Oracle, Symantec, Twitter, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, Sprint, and
Comcast between January 1st, 2001 and June 13th, 2013.
OMB form LLL, entitled ''DISCLOSURE OF LOBBYING ACTIVITIES" is a lobbying
disclosure form designed to track lobbying activities reportable under 31
U.S.C. 1352. The OMB control number for the form is valid OMB control number
for this information collection is OMB No. 0348-0046.
CIA press office and the Office of Management and Budget directed me to file
a FOIA request for these records.
If a FOIA is not the best and easiest method of obtaining those records,

would be considering withdrawing this F 1Ki�est to find an alternative way
to obtaining these records.
