As your 14 August 2015 letter explains, you seek emails, correspondence between
Items 1-6 above with any and all individuals that held any of the following CIA
positions between 1 January 2009 and 2 June 2015 (the date we received your
26 May 2015 FOIA request), but only during the time period each individual held
said position:
1) Director
2) Deputy Director
3) Executive Director
4) Chief of Staff to the Director of the CIA
We processed your request in accordance with the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. � 552, as amended,
and the CIA Information Act, 50 U.S.C. � 431, as amended.

We did not locate any records responsive to your request. Although our searches
were reasonably calculated to uncover all relevant documents, and it is highly unlikely
that repeating those searches would change the result, you nevertheless have the legal
