At approximately 0802 hours, Lieutenant and Officers and Officers and GBCI, and Lieutenant and Officers , SOC, Sergeant responded to an Agency visitor (SUBJECT) who had fallen down an access space outside the IPS building. At approximately 0803 hours, Fairfax County Fire and Rescue (FCFR) was requested. At approximately 0806 hours, CPR was initiated. At approximately 0807 hours, the AED was employed. At approximately 0814 hours, OMS arrived on scene. At approximately 0815 hours, FCFR arrived on scene. At approximately 0822 hours, FCFR assumed control of the scene. At approximately 0830 hours, SUBJECT was transported to Fairfax Inova Hospital. The scene is still under investigation. A copy of the above information will be forwarded to C/ESG. The following individuals were notified: Cl OS, C/PPG, C/SPS, DC/SPS, C/BOC, C ,Shift Supervisor/GBCI, and Shift Supervisor/SOC.
