Saturday. Those who are confirmed to attend will be notified by email today. Space is very limited and only
those who receive a confirmation may attend. Please be advised that only CIA staff officers may attend the
event�contractors, family, friends, etc. are not permitted. Due to the fast-developing nature of this event, many
of the details have yet to be determined and will be communicated to attendees when they are confirmed.

(S//NF) On the afternoon of Saturday, 21 January, newly sworn-in President Donald Trump is scheduled to visit
CIA Headquarters to meet with the workforce in the OHB Main Lobby.
(S//NF) While the exact time of the visit is still being determined, staff employees are invited to attend for
seating in the Lower Lobby and to stand in the Upper Lobby and Lower Lobby. There may also be a receiving
line to meet the President. Attendance at this event is voluntary, and staff who attend the event must do so
on their own time. Those interested in attending must RSVP by noon on Thursday, 19 January to
on a first-come, first-served basis, and those confirmed to attend will receive a detailed
response.
(S//NF) Be advised that the White House traveling media pool will likely be present during the visit. It is also
likely that cable television networks will broadcast the event live, and still photographers will be present.
(S//NF) As soon as more information becomes available regarding the timing and logistics of the visit�
including access to corridors and offices, traffic and parking details, internal broadcasts and special
