(S//NF) As part of CIA's crucial mission, we regularly take in a wide array of information from different sources and,
considering them, determine the best way forward. Likewise, throughout my career, I've found that a diverse set of
perspectives has proven essential. With that in mind, I am pleased to share with you the names of my External
Advisory Board (EAB) members. The EAB is a collection of distinguished women and men who have achieved success
in a range of fields, including intelligence, diplomacy, the military, Congress, business, and academia. We had our firct

meeting last month where the EAB was briefed on CIA's mission areas, including (b)(3)
to name a few. The members of the EAB were greatly impressed and expressed their admiration for

periodically throughout the year and is composed of patriots who understand the necessary discretion that comes with
