(U) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY (S//NF) The OIG investigation found evidence to support that conducted searches for persons in databases protected under the Privacy Act, which contain Personally Identifiable Information (PII), in violation of Federal law, 5 U.S.C. �522a, the Privacy Act of 1974. (SKIA-IUO/NF) The OIG investigation substantiated allegations that violated several Agency regulations that deal with access, protection, and release of personnel and personal information.
