I just got off the phone with HPSCI counsel Katie Wheelbarger. She is preparing a letter for HPSCI chair
Rogers to send to HOGR chair Issa in response to Issa's 16 April letter to CIA GC Stephen Preston
asking for CIA's regulations on clearing private attorneys to receive classified information in the course of
representing a CIA employee. She is trying to protect CIA and HPSCI equities/jurisdiction. She wants to
get the letter out today or at least by early tomorrow. We're trying to help her.
We'll let you know what develops.
