writing a letters back to Issa protecting HPSCI's jurisdiction and language we can send to HPSCI.

Yes. HPSCI Deputy Staff Director Darren Dick has engaged with both HOGR and with the Speaker's
Office on the letter; HPSCI's plan is to make clear to HOGR that any issue re CIA personnel is properly in
HPSCI's lane. HPSCI counsel Wheelbarger is in contact with HOGR and has promised to work with us to
craft a response to the lssa letter that will keep the matter with our oversight. She was out last week, but
was in contact with her today and is following up.
We do not plan to communicate directly with HOGR; any response with go through HPSCI.
