Such additional coripensation on an annual basis takes the place of any other premium compensation prescribed in.this sub ex.-, cept premium compensation for regularly scheduled overti,* duty,, t many not exceed 15 percent of such part of the rate of basic compensation an does not exceed the minimum rate for grade G3-9 in the Classification Act of 19149, as amended., 4 (b) This permissive authority extends to any departments arf judicial or legislative agency to which this section applies (see;125,201 (b))s and to the municipal governnent of the District of Coluribia.
