SUBJECT : Cut-off dates of contributions to Chapters 31
1. The date given on contributions to Chapters IX should be that
of research cut-off, not the date of submission to the CIA Chapter IX
Coordinator. This applies to the dates in the Introductory statement
and on individual pages of the text.
2. When the Chapter is coordinated, it is forwarded as a unit
by the Coordinator with the date of release and a statement giving
research cut-off dates for the various parts.
3. The instructions concerning dating of material (NIS Standard
Instructions, Editing Instructions, 8.1., p. 2) apply to the submission
date of the entire Chapter rather than that of individual contributions.
