This occasion would seem to provide an excellent forum for publicly discussing
such topics as the Soviet capabilities in aissiles, aviat3 mn, and/or scient ific
and engineering education. The occasion provides good sponsorship, a good

as a "professional society of engineers, designers, and technical specialists` is
the sciences related tot he design and developmett of aircraft". it has
18,000 members, with a main office in N.Y.C. (Rockefeller Cetter), which
CIE "elite" audience, and would probably c cximand a good press.

influantial professional organization of aeronautical engineers! among
industrial., academic, governmental, and Military circles. It ye lescribs, '
