SUBJECT : New 25X1A6b
1. This meeting was held 23 November 1964, for the express purpose
of reviewing, resolving ands revising the building space requirements to
fall within the $MOO,000 btgetary figure established for this project.
Previous drawings and cost*estimates arrived at between OC-B and OL-RE/CD,
for this project totaled over $500,000.00
2. Present at the meeting were:

3. After careful review of the total space requirements of 7,411 sq. 25X1A6a
ft., orginally submitted by Chief and comparing this with the 11,774
sq. ft. shown on the latest 0L-RE/CD drawings, everyone agreed that substantial
building area reductions could be achieved with out drastically limiting
future operational space demands.
4. The following final major changes were agreed upon:
a. Operations roan reduced in size by approximately 558 sq. ft.,
from 2,373 to 1815 sq. ft.
b. Add on approximately 656 sq. ft. to wing containing the various
offices to provide kitchen and dayroon space.
c. Relocate D/thief-OPS office next to the operations room, or
what is now indicated as storage area.
d. Add 656 sq. ft. to wing containing shop and cable vault, this
added area will now became storage and additional shop space.
e. Enlarge men's roam from 50 to approximately 80 sq. ft.
f. Relocate S.P.0. from main operations room to wing containing
the offices, but adjacent to it.

g. Reduce the size of the generator building from 2..400 to
1,200 sq. ft. This area will be of sufficient size to aecamodate
2 - 100 XV auto/diesel generators, switchgear, indigenous toilet/
wash roam, eating and locker space.
4. Eltwinate the installation of the radars for the satellite
antenna. Installation of this re+dome will be undertaken at such time
in the future when the project is out of the R/D stage and will, in all
probability, be erected separate from the building.
5. The approximate area of the buildings after the above reductions
are made will equal 7,786 sq. ft. versus 7,k11 as submitted by
