2. Mr. - is working with FIE to prepare a four-day orientation/
briefing on selected CS topics for some NSA officers during the week of 5 April
in I A 13.
3. We have completed the second week of an OFC for 31 students and
so far it appears to be a lively and interesting group. At appropriate times
we have separated the class into four discussion groups, led by a ST instructor,
to change the instructional pace, to stimulate discussion and to reduce the
number of lectures. It also reduces the amount of time students must spend
in classroom 601 which is generally unsuitable for 31 students for this type
of training. From experience gained in using this technique we plan to use
it in future FOF's depending upon instructor availability.
