The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production Center 1P la (DIA). In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed hoth its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The installation is immediatel~~ east of Kiyev Aircraft Assembly Plant 473 and 1.2 km southeast of Kiyev/Svyatoshino Airfield. The depot covers approximately 18 acres and consists of 1 administration building, 1 barracks, 1 vehicle maintenance/storage build- ing, 6 vehicle/equipment storage buildings, and 12 support/storage buildings (Figures 2 and 3). This installation was covered on KEY- HOLE missions from _ Comparative analysis reveals no signifi- cant change in facilities. The area appears to be active year round. Kiyev urban streets provide access to the installation. Aircraft Landing Strips Kiyev/Svyatoshino Airfield is locatf~d ap- proximately 1.2 km northwest of this installation. Administration and Troop Housing Areas Area D1 contains 1 single-story administra- tion and 2 small support buildings. Area D2 contains a barracks (probably 2-story). POL Storage Area A POL storage area, located approximately 1.7 km south, contains 5 medium storage tanks (not shown on Figures 2 or 3). Equipment Storage/Maintenance Area Area J1 contains 6 vehicle/equipment main- tenance/storage buildings, two 205 by 55 feet, two 150 by 55 feet, and two 120 by 55 feet. Area J2 contains a 205- by 70-foot vehicle maintenance/storage building.
