This report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a DLA/CL1 Panel. The series is being',
coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (NPIC), and the Production
Center li'la (DIA). The photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed by the Production Center 1Pla.
In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.

follows: (A) railroad service, (11) road service, (C) landing strips.
(D) administrative and troop housing areas, (F) storage areas, (1') am-
munition storage areas, (G) PCI, storage areas, (11) other buildings and
facilities, (J) equipment storage/maintenance areas, (K) athletic fields.
(I.) small arms firing ranges, (M) driver training areas, tank
assault gun firing ranges, (P) flat trajectory firing ranges, (Q) artillery
emplacements (batteries), (R) infantry or combined arms field train-

Kaliningrad Army Barracks Northeast is
located in the northeast part of Kaliningrad,
1 kilometer (km) southwest of Kaliningrad Army
Barracks Devau 1803 and 1.5 km south of
Kaliningrad Army Barracks Kummerau (Figure
This installation covers approximately 50
acres and contains 1 large U-shaped barracks,
3 barracks/administration buildings, I vehicle

maintenance building, a 325- by 70-foot vehicle
storage building, 2 vehicle storage buildings,
each 250 by 70 feet, and 3 support buildings.
Administration and Troop housing Area.
Area D contains I large U-shaped multi-
story barracks, 2 multistory barracks/admin-
istration buildings, and I administration build-
ing.
Athletic Field
Area K is an athletic field.
