The depot has small sheds which appear to be for fuze storage, ==d ware- houses which are in closely spaced groups without blast protection (Inset, Figure 1). Each of the warehouses has a cutout section in one side of the roof. This feature in warehouses has not PIPELINE DITCH been previously observed except at a small chemical plant at Ta-lien, China (see illustration in NPIC/R-1390/63, S/No Foreign Dissem). Pipeline ditches are being dug to serve the depot, and other pipelines carry waste to ex- cavations which appear to be sumps. The depot has a system of blacktopped roads with extremely long turning radii which allow extra long truck trailers to be used at'the depot. The purpose of this depot is not known. TOP SECRET
