-1-his report is one in a series on Soviet Ground Force and Logistic
installations being prepared for a DI:\'CI:\ Panel. The series is being
coordinated, published and disseminated by \PIC. The photographic
analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group,
the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division ('EPIC), and the Production
Center 1 P I a (1)I:\). I he photographic analysis for this particular re-
port was performed bj' the F'rcxluction Center IPIa. _
In the interest of unifornlit, the titles and letter designators tot
the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those
appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not
observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report.
Titles and letter designators for the various facilities are as
follows: (.\) railroad service, (13) road service, (C) landing strips,

The Jagala Barracks and Training Area is include the addition of 3 large storage buildings
located approximately 27 kilometers (km) east and a possible water treatment system. The
