The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being performed by the NPIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (\PIC:), and the Production Center IPla (ICI.\). The photographic analysis for this particular re- port wa.S performed by the Production Center IPIa. In the interest of uniform ty, the itle_s and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. The- nearest military installations are located in Krasnodar, approximately 23 km northeast. The explosives storage installation covers approximately 65 acres and contains 6 revetted explosives storage buildings and a probable guardhouse (Figures 2 and 3). The Comparative analysis no change in the buildings; however, revetments were constructed around the build- ings, and service roads were improved during this period. DESCRIPTION OF INSTALLATION A single access road serves the instal- lation from the main Afipskiv-Smolenskaya highway . The storage area is double fenced and contains 2 large explosives storage buildings, each 140 by 60 feet, and 4 small T-shaped explosives storage buildings, each 35 by 25 feet. All 6 explosives storage buildings are revetted.
