The series is being coordinated, published and disseminated by NPIC. The photographic analysis is being perfornied by the \PIC Photographic Analysis Group, the CIA Photographic Intelligence Division (\PIC), and the Production Center 1Pla (DIA). 'The photographic analysis for this particular re- port was performed by the Production Center l P la. In the interest of uniformity, the titles and letter designators for the facilities observed at these installations are identical with those appearing in the project requirement. When a specific facility is not observed both its title and letter designator are omitted in the report. At least 9 other military installations are within the Vilnius complex. The road- and rail-served ordnance and POL area covers 70 acres and contains 1 TOP SECRET RUFF probable barracks, 2 administration/barracks- type buildings. 1S storage buildings, and 5 vehicle maintenance /storage buildings. The POL area contains 24 vertical tanks, I prob- able horizontal tank, and 7 support/storage buildings (Figures 2 and 3). -KEYHOLE missions between- and covered the area. Com- parative analysis reveals no change. A rail spur runs adjacent to the depot on the west side. The POL area is served bv a rail spur. .Road Service The area has access to primary roads emanating from Vilnius. Area D contains a multistory probable barracks and 2 multistory administration,' bar- racks-type buildings. General Storage Area Area E contains 18 storage buildings. Area G contains 24 tanks with the following diameters: one - 45 feet, six 30 feet five 35 feet, five 20 feet, and seven 25 feet. The area also contains a possible horizontal tank 140 feet in length and 7 support /storage buildings. Equipment Storage 'Maintenance Area Area J contains 5 vehicle maintenance " storage buildings, two measuring 125 by 50 feet, one 120 by 40 feet, one 130 by 45 feet, and one 160 by 45 feet.
